| Damages (Carpentry Work, Foundation work, etc!) |
IF MAJOR REPAIRS ARE NECCESARY, EITHER A PRICE ESTIMATE WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED, OR WE CAN REFER YOU TO A CONTRACTOR THAT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR YOUR DAMAGES |
| Screening and Flashing (Preventative Maintenance) |
We screen below decks, garages, sheds, porches or any other structure without a foundation as well as fascia boards and soffits to reduce the chance of animal entry into your home. |
| Chimney Cap Installation |
Prevents against all animals. Protects against water penetration and damage to the chimney. There is a 10 year warranty on all cap installations. Our caps are constructed of sturdy, durable, and corrosion resistant material. (see "additional services tab" for more details) |
| Gutter Cleaning |
We clean your gutters and remove all clogs in your down spouts.

| Property Service Inspection Programs |
BASIC INSPECTION: This inspection is primarily for residential owners. We inspect the entire property with a 32ft ladder and provide our customers with an inspection report.
ADVANCED INSPECTION: This inspection is for residential owners, condominium and apartment building managers, churches, and schools. We inspect the entire property with whatever means necessary. We identify all current and potential future Wildlife Control issues. All issues identified will be photographed and submitted to our customer with our inspection report that will include a resolution to the problem and suggestions on how to avoid any problems in the future
POST-WARRANTY INSPECTION: The purpose of this inspection is to indentify and secure any problem or potential problem areas that may have arose over the last year. This service will allow our clients to extend their warranty for an additional year, rather than paying for a complete wildlife control service in the future
(This service is eligable for most wildlife control services, however the customer must have appointed us to complete all the reccomendations we made in our inspection report) |
| Decontamination |
In the first phase, we physically remove the biohazard waste
Step 2, we apply an application to all areas that the animal has resided. This application destroys the biohazard waste that animals leave behind |
