Service |
Description |
| Squirrels (Trapping) |
- Upon completion of trapping, the entry points will be repaired with either galvanized steel mesh or flashing.
RECOMENDATIONS: BIO-WASTE CLEANUP/DECONTAMINATION, A POST INSPECTION
NOTE: There may additional charges for significant damage repair, or if we need more than a 32ft ladder to fully complete the job! |
Raccoons (Trapping)
|
- Upon completion of trapping, one entry point will be closed if possible (typically the damages are extensive and require carpentry work).
RECOMENDATIONS: BIO-WASTE CLEANUP/DECONTAMINATION, A POST INSPECTION
NOTE: There may additional charges for significant damage repair, or if we need more than a 32ft ladder to fully complete the job! |
Skunks / Opossums (Trapping) |
- Upon completion, we will secure the entry hole created by the animal. (Typically skunks and opossums burrow beneath sheds, porches, and decks, where screening would be recommended. This is an additional charge.) *SEE SCREENING
NOTE: In the winter time skunks hibernate. This makes trapping skunks much more difficult. While skunks are in hibernation, trapping is priced on a weekly basis. Because trapping can be a costly process during hibernation, we do offer alternative solutions. PLEASE ASK ABOUT IT! |

Rodent Control Program |
A common rodent control program will consist of the following steps:
- A comprehensive inspection of the exterior and interior of the house. This will help us confirm the species we are dealing with, identify the entry/exit points, determine the rodent population, and identify any harborage or food and water sources that need to be removed
- Next, we secure all entry/exit points.
- Once all points are secured we set traps in the rodents travel ways. We continue to check the traps until the entire rodent population is gone.
- Finally we remove rodent waste from the premisis and apply a decontamination agent over all confirmed active areas.
Upon completion of the job, we notify our client of any food, water, or harborage that needs to be removed. This will significantly increase the possibility of preventing rodents from residing in or around your home |
| Bird Removal (Residential) |
- We inspect the house inspection to identify all nests.
- Birds and nests are removed. The nesting area is sprayed to kill any pests that may be remaining in the nesting
- Upon completion, the entry point will be closed to prevent future nesting. (There are several alternatives for securing the entry point depending upon the location of the nest.)
|
| Bat OR Flying Squirrel proofing |
- House inspection to identify points of entry/exit.
- All identified holes will be closed except the primary entrance, where a one-way door will be installed.
- Several days later the one-way door is removed and the final hole is closed.
NOTE: Bat control work is extremely detail oriented and requires an expert to handle. These guidelines are intended to brief you on our procedures and are not intended to be complete bat-proofing instructions. |
